Job Description:
In charge of a Client or a group of clients in the Company, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Attend clients’ briefs and cascade information to the field team.
- Plan and execute clients’ marketing projects.
- Prepare and forward regular reports on all ongoing activations and operations.
- Handle client complaints and report back on corrective actions.
- HR issues for the Field Marketing teams e.g. recruitments, transfers, leave
- Coordinate performance appraisal for the Field Marketing staff.
- Chair operational meetings and implement action plans.
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Degree/diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
- Three (3) years’ experience as a Merchandising or Experiential supervisor in a BTL marketing agency.
- Proposal writing & Presentation skills
- Demonstration of successful projects undertaken
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and mobile field reporting apps.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
