Job Description:

In charge of a Client or a group of clients in the Company, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend clients’ briefs and cascade information to the field team.
  2. Plan and execute clients’ marketing projects.
  3. Prepare and forward regular reports on all ongoing activations and operations.
  4. Handle client complaints and report back on corrective actions.
  5. HR issues for the Field Marketing teams e.g. recruitments, transfers, leave
  6. Coordinate performance appraisal for the Field Marketing staff.
  7. Chair operational meetings and implement action plans.
  8. Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Qualifications:

  1. Degree/diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
  2. Three (3) years’ experience as a Merchandising or Experiential supervisor in a BTL marketing agency.
  3. Proposal writing & Presentation skills
  4. Demonstration of successful projects undertaken
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Proficiency in basic computer skills and mobile field reporting apps.
  7. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
