Job Description:

In charge of ensuring product availability and visibility in the designated outlet, reporting to the Field Marketing Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring high visibility for Clients’ products especially the key and value brands
  2. Maintaining shelf depth and fill through product availability and negotiating higher ‘days of stock’ covers
  3. Ensuring effective utilization of Point of Sale material, display units, dispensers etc.
  4. Ensuring stock availability and managing a replenishment system that will ensure proper stock levels are maintained in the store.
  5. Facilitate and assist in execution of any on-going client trade activities in the outlets
  6. Supervise and appraise promotion staff deployed to their designated outlets
  7. Providing real-time and accurate reports using the prescribed IT tools

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma/Certificate in business related field
  2. 2 years’ retail experience
  3. Proficient IT skills and familiar with mobile-based applications
  4. Strong organizational skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  6. Self-driven
  7. Excellent attention to detail
  8. Customer service & inter-personal skills
