Job Description:
Directly in charge of all Field Marketing activities, reporting to the Account Manager.
- 1. Enforcing punctual attendance by all field marketing staff to work stations 2. Supervise and appraise in-store personnel i.e. Field Marketers and Promotion staff 3. Conducting spot checks to ensure proper execution of client briefs 4. Conducting market research, monitoring competitive activity and offering recommendations on how to effectively compete. 5. Improving rapport with the client’s customers and making use of existing relationships to our clients’ competitive advantage 6. Compiling reports from their teams and sharing with the Head Office
Qualifications:
- Degree/diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Supervisor, Merchandiser or Brand Ambassador
- Proficient PC skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other system programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task successfully
- Ability to develop and maintain successful team and cross-functional relationships
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and responsible self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, is service and customer oriented and able to solve problems.

Job Description:
Implement promotion mechanics in the designated outlets, reporting to the Field Supervisor.
- Thoroughly read through and understand promotion briefs.
- Set up promotion materials in the designated outlets i.e. POS material, sampling units etc.

- Handle consumer complaints/comments regarding the products under promotion.
- Capture accurate data onto provided mobile-based applications as briefed.
- Compile and forward reports to the office as directed.
Qualifications:

- Fluent in spoken English, Kiswahili & Sheng.
- Previous experience in promotions.
- Presentable and well groomed.

Job Description:
In charge of a Client or a group of clients in the Company, reporting to the Operations Manager.
- Attend clients’ briefs and cascade information to the field team.
- Plan and execute clients’ marketing projects.

Qualifications:

- Three (3) years’ experience as a Merchandising or Experiential supervisor in a BTL marketing agency.

- Demonstration of successful projects undertaken
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and mobile field reporting apps.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
